How can I track my order?

Once your order is packaged and labeled, you will get a shipping notification email containing the tracking number. The tracking number will update within 24-48 hours.  

How do I cancel my order?

As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it. Just e-mail customer@ashandalba.com with your order number, and we'll take care of it.

What is your return policy?

If your items are damaged or broken please email customer@ashandalba.com with a photo of the damaged item, and we'll be happy to issue a refund or a replacement.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product. If your item is not damaged, we accept returns on only these selected items:

  • Unused Candles

We do not accept returns on sale items. We will not pay for return shipping charges for items that have not been damaged. The customer must pay to ship unopened items back and a refund will be issued upon arrival at our facility.
